Simply put, the worst medical establishment i have been to. I would not recommend this doctors office to my worst enemy! The office staff is rude and incompetent. It is a family run office and they feel no responsibility in trying to convey a warm, welcoming atmosphere! Pretty much, they treat you like trash...like you are wasting their time for coming in! Dr. Dake is rude and very impersonal. He just shoves you a prescription and tries to get you out the door without taking any kind of interest in your well-being. Im not the only one who feels this way. Go to http://ratemds.com and see all of the negative reviews about this doc and his staff! Stay Away! Oh yea..the receptionist at the front is not only discourteous, but shes also an idiot! I had several times where i made and appt and came in when i was supposed to and found out she didnt have me in the computer. I had the card with the appt date to prove that she made the appt. Never again will I waste my time with these people!
