Dr. Futrell is insanely rude, and hardly took the time to say hello to me. As a person in a position of power, it is vital that Dr. Futrell treats her patients with kindness and compassion. Dr. Futrell ignored my symptoms on a number of occasions in an effort to 'speed' up the appointment. As a result, I have been left with an injury that I will have to deal with for the rest of my life. On a number of occasions I have left her office in tears, and have felt that she is simply 'burnt out'. I would NEVER tell any person that I cared about to see her.
