Dr. Rao saw me for my diabetic kidney disease. He was rude and impolite, did not explain things to me when I asked him questions, blamed me for my disease, and refused to treat me. I found another doctor that has been 100x better. If you want a doctor that will ignore what you are saying, be rude to you, and give you poor medical care, by all means, visit this man.
