Potential patients beware of this doctor and his office staff. They are extremely unprofessional and have the worst bedside manner. They DO NOT review patient's files before given patient instruction. If you’re looking for a compassion or quality care, Dr. Paul Cooperman and Franklin Immediate Medical Care - is NOT the place for you. They will give you the wrong information and not accept responsibility for their actions. Your personal information will be discussed out in the open with no regard for your confidentiality or the HIPPA laws. It’s clear this doctor either doesn’t remember the Hippocratic Oath he took or doesn’t feel the need to abide by it.
