Absolutely a dispicable quack. Preys on seniors. Gains their trusts by giving them free medicine he gets from pharmacy salesmen. Racks up billing charges on Medicare and insurance. Very controlling and is very demeaning to female patients and wives. Office staff is rude. Office is old and filthy.
