Dr Mendoza is difficult. Either she acts like you are bothering her if you ask questions, or is in lecture mode till you want to scream. Has difficulty understanding insurance & prescriptions. Will only write scripts far enough out to get to your next appt. If you have to move appt further out, you will need another script ( more $ for the drug companies) and she will only give you one to get you to the new appt date. Mail in scripts are a nightmare! This causes extra expense that she does not care about or understand. Not patient friendly. I feel uncomfortable with her. I'm changing doctors!
