How to fight overweighting?

 

If you want to fight overweighting you need to follow several simple steps:
•    First of all your eating pattern should be modified. Eat more fruits, wholemeal bread, beans, peas, cereals and vegetables as they are high-fibre. You should avoid food with much sugar, such as chocolate, sweet pastries, biscuits and soft drinks. Food should be grilled, steamed, baked, boiled in very little oil. Meals shouldn’t be skipped but regular starting with breakfast. It is very harmful to snack while watching TV, studying or reading. Servings should be smaller and food should be chewed slowly.
•    Get active and do exercises regularly as this will help you to keep weight down. These measures also provide effective stress relief and help to feel good. For busy people it is necessary to try squeezing in some activities into everyday routine. The following tips will help to start:
-    get off at earlier bus-stop and walk the remaining distance
-    try not to take the lift and walk up the stairs
-    It would be better not to take a bus or MRT for getting to a place further away for lunch and to walk there
-    Regularly do aerobic exercises

•    Start doing exercises, which must be chosen due to your fitness level. For those, who haven’t practiced regular exercising, it is necessary to start slowly and increase gradually. Persons over 35, having health problems or very overweight, should consult their doctor before starting exercising. Exercises should be done vigorously for 20 minutes not less than 3 times a week or even more till you breath deeply without breathless and perspire. You can choose any type of exercising, such as aerobic dancing, fast cycling, jogging or swimming. Among the exercises for moderate intensity are cycling, line dancing, swimming, brisk walking and yoga, which means that they can be done not less than 5 times a week for 30 minutes each time.
Remember that effectiveness of the weight loosing process is much depended on your motivation and enthusiasm. Your goals should be realistic. Nutrition in proper way and regular exercising are the best options to keep the weight down. Moreover, this is the best way to healthy and fit life.
