How to get rid of thrush?

We also suggest you to keep a diet. Limit the usage of sugar, mushrooms, tea or coffee, alcohol and chocolate. Try to eat more fruit, but don’t forget to peel them. Avoid eating fruit containing much sugar. Eat raw garlic and drink sugar free yogurt.  
And the last, but not the least thing. Avoid sex during the treatment and do not forget to treat you sexual partner to prevent the new infection.
