How to get rid of insomnia?

If you experience bad sleeping at night, if you often wake up at night and are not able to go back to sleep, if you feel tired after awakening in the morning though you slept well, if you are sleepy, irritated or fatigue during the day you obviously suffer from insomnia.
Try to follow several simple tips to get rid of it.
•    Relaxation before going to sleep
Getting supper on the table, getting ready for the morning and house work before going to sleep cause stress and exhaust as your adrenaline gets up. That doesn`t influence your night sleeping well. The perfect way to relax before bed is to read a book or take relax bath. It will help your adrenaline to get down before sleeping.
•    Don’t do exercises before going to bed at night
Doing exercises is much useful but not before going to sleep as they provide the flowing of adrenaline and get up your energy. Our body needs at least 5 hours to «calm down». So, stop exercising by this time and see whether insomnia will disappear.
•    Nightcaps are harmful
Though drinking alcohol you induce sleep, it happens only with the second stage of sleep. Other sleep stages are not restful and as a result you wake up in the morning feeling exhausted and tired and that is the direct way to depression.
•    Pay attention to what you eat
Tea, coffee, sport drinks, chocolate and some medications include caffeine, which influences central nervous system and as a result you become alert, get boost of energy and insomnia. To have nice night sleep you should go to bed relaxed and calm, so pay attention to what you eat and stay away from high energy drinks. That is your chance to get rid of insomnia.
•    The room temperature has to be adjusted
Your body won`t relax for sleeping if it is too hot or too cold in the bedroom. So, make the room comfortable.
•    Don’t lye in bed before sleeping
Replace lying in bed waiting on a sleep with reading, meditating, listening to music otherwise you won`t fall asleep.
•    Sleep schedule
If you suffer from insomnia it would be good to set your own sleep schedule in order to make your body accustomed to go to bed at certain time. As a result it would be easier for you to fall to sleep and your sleep must become restful.
•    Visit your doctor
If after you have passed through all these procedures your sleep didn’t become better, discuss this problem with your doctor. May be you will be prescribed special insomnia medication.
